Carli is our new graduate account handler beginning her journey here at Romero.
It should be interesting to get her take on the company and see how the office appears through the eyes of someone just starting out.
You’ve just started at Romero, how is it going so far?
It’s going good, I’ve got a lot to learn. I’m mainly doing studying – there are exams coming up, but I’m not nervous because the team are really nice and I feel like I’ve been doing exams all my life.

I knew about the company from Justin and I’d heard it was a great place to work.
What has struck you about the environment at Romero so far?
To be honest, I thought it would be a lot busier. I keep getting told it normally is and I know because of lockdown its changed. I think its a lot less daunting actually, not overwhelming like I thought it would be. Its nice, I feel I’ve been – what’s the word? – weaned into it.
Straight into the difficult questions now: If you were a biscuit, which biscuit would you be?
Mint Club.

Self-care. With skin care, hair wash and just chill in my pyjamas, maybe a nice walk.
A Sunday well-spent brings a week of good content.

No. I was a member of the ski club at university. I’ve been to Austria and a few resorts in France as well as with family.
Do you have any fun projects you are working on at the moment? Maybe a lockdown hobby?
Painting by numbers. I’m doing a cobbled street at the moment. But don’t write that, instead say I’m doing fitness, a 28 day challenge, yeah yeah say that instead.
Do you have a favourite conspiracy theory?
Who killed Tupac? Or is he still alive?! Wait – Did man really go to the moon?
What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home?

Book – Something by Bear Grylls.
Luxury – Comfy pillow.
Song – Mr Brightside by The Killers. It’s a mood lifter.
