To stay on the front foot of being able to offer the best possible service for our business insurance and commercial insurance clients, we’re investing in an all new, industry leading system to support our teams. The goal is digital transformation within Romero Insurance Brokers, and our sister businesses in the group. Our goal has always been to treat our customers exceptionally, and this new system will help facilitate this so we can keep improving for the people who matter most. Our clients.

Across our six offices, and growing workforce of over 180, Applied Epic will give us the ability to standardise the data and operations within our business, improving workflows, communication and reporting. By investing in this automation for the background elements of our role, it gives our teams the freedom and capacity to spend even more time focusing their efforts on exceptional client service.
