We're up for Independent Broker Of The Year... Again!

Last year we were over the moon to be crowned the winner of the Insurance Times Awards Independent Broker Of The Year. But can we grab the gong again in 2020?

This year has been undoubtedly difficult. No-one expected a pandemic, and the incredible impact it would have on all of us. The Romero team have been working tirelessly to support customers during this tough time. We’ve produced guidance documents, worked with industry associations and much more to make sure our customers are in the best possible position.

Our exceptional team have been supporting customers as usual – which means going above and beyond, always, to do the right thing and to help where we can. It’s not unusual for us to go the extra mile, it’s just something we do. Nonetheless, our recent award nomination is a great reflection of our team’s hard work and our strong reputation within the industry.

About our award nominations

Romero Insurance Brokers won the Independent Broker Of The Year award last year. It’s a huge achievement for us to be shortlisted yet again. Only this time we’re also joined by our sister companies Club Insure & NDML! As a Group we abide by the same values and strive to achieve the same level of exceptional customer service, so we’re proud of every one of our team who has contributed to our success.

We’d also like to extend another congratulations to Club Insure & NDML. They’ve also been nominated for Customer Champion Of The Year. The leisure and hospitality industry has been deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. NDML in particular has been heavily involved in campaigning for industry support, working with the NTIA across a number of nationwide campaigns. This includes an open letter to the Chancellor, and involvement in the FCA test case court action.

The Romero Group couldn’t be prouder that our hard work has been recognised by such a prestigious industry award ceremony. It really does stand testament to our passion and dedication to the industry, our team and our customers.
